I need to know how to put bissell proheat 2x back together

Hi Tom. It sounds like your ProHeat may have lost prime. I understand you've done some troubleshooting, but we have a terrific FAQ that will help you with the no spray.

These are realativly cheap cleaners. If you had such a problem that you felt it needed a tear down, then best get a new one.

I had the same problem. I took the whole thing apart and cleaned all the lines, water heater, brushes, etc. After putting it together the tools sprayed great and the side sprayers but the water tank would not allow the water out. THEN I saw this. http://www.bissell.com/FAQDetail.aspx?id=1122 and I was finally able to figure it out. So what I found out was that the water tank gasket was damage. lol
