if you still remember your cellphone pin code you could change it. look for the phone setting of your phone. look for general then look for security. look for phone security push the button of change pin code. if it wil not work go the you nearest cellphone shop and reformat it..
Please try this.
Press * button # button and 3 button at same time and while keeping pressed now power on the phone. you should see it saying formatting... and after some time see if problem solved otherwise its LCD problem.
Format phone by using this tips. -Turn off the cellphone. - Press (long press) at thesame time the switch on, call sign(green color of keypad), *, and the number 3. -don't take off you finger to this keypad until it show on the screen a FORMATTING. Thank you.
