I have a QVC image burned into the screen. Can I replace the screen? How much?

Try hooking up a computer and turning on a screen saver that will display an all white screen....leave this image on your screen for an hour and then go back to a normal pic....i have seen this work on Lcd's....should work on crt projection

I`ll have to be the bearer of bad news, the image is not burned onto the screen it is burned into all 3 of your picture tubes, which basically means the set is junk because the cost is too high.

How can i fix my double image in my 52' inch RCA

A few questions and some info---if the convergence issue is missing in the menu you have a part near the high voltage transformer bad.

Many of the 52 inch sets made from 2004 and up have bad connections around the high voltage transformer which will create that and other issues.

If not in the menu there is a kit sold on the internet with the protect part that fails and a cap and diode that should be replaced at the same time.

Let me know as much as you can--note that all the parts are soldered in so you need to be able to test and solder as well.

You have a problem with convergence and all you may need to do is replace a fuse. Look up convergence for your tv model and hopefully you will get an answer as to where the fuse is located and how to replace it. Very common for RCA tv's

Rca scenium 52" has light bar area down each side

I take it that you have watched many hours of 4x3 video on this 16x9 TV . What you see is evidence of screen burn, like they used to warn about with the old "pong" type games with stationary objects. The 4x3 pattern is burned into the phosphor in the projection tubes. the area of the burned pattern is not as efficient as the unused areas that make up the 16x9. If you watch enough 16x9 it may even out somewhat, but will never be perfect. Replacing the tubes will fix it, but they're pricey, and you may be subject to it happening again, depending on your viewing habits.

Picture freezes and turns its self off and then turns back on

this happened to me with my RCA Sceium 52 inch floor model, for 2 years before I figured out it was
over heating. Of course I had no money to fix problem. What I did is simply put a cool fan on back
or AC. Even rolling in front of a sliding glass door when its cool out will work well. Cold air on back
will stop it from turning off.
