My Dell 2200 used to work but has lost color. Anything that is red starts flashing like a strobe light, then ten minutes later the entire picture goes black and white. Any ideas?

If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.
The red light is indicating that there is a battery in the system that does not respond to charging.
if the computer doest regognize a battery at all i would nor react with orange blinking.
Start the computer without the battery in place,
only have the power cord connected,
There will be no blinking.
Dell use the "blink" to tell the user its time to buy a new battery.

These swimming pool lights have a power-cycled feature. THis means that you can power down the light and then power back up in 10 seconds and the light pattern will change. It sounds like your light is not cycling properly. Power it down for a full 60 seconds. This will reset the power cycle. Then try turning it on and off in 10 second intervals. If it doesn't reset, you bulb may only be partially functioning and it may need to be replaces.
TV screen flashes with Red lights for few times. sometime it shut down TV or red color is lost showing pictures without Red looks terrible. Any solution
I have the same issue, I have figured out its a fan issue, my fan must have went out. After about ten minutes the bulb will get too hot and the picture will start to turn a way off tint color. I put a fan on my projector and after about 40 min. the picture returned to the appropriate color. I am still investigation on how to get and replace the fan.
