Packard Bell Slimview 527

Need to know what the pins do on the 6 pin mini din socket ON THE BASE of the Slimview 527 monitor.

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.

pin no 2 - Green colour signal (Green colour wire)
pin no 3 - Blue colour signal (Blue colour wire)
4&5 Not connected
pin no 6&7&8 are (Grounds)RGB Returns
9&10 NC
pin 13 Hohizontal sync signal
pin no 14 vertical sync signal
Not nessasry other pins

I have built an adapter cable which allows to use monitor with the power supply of an external hard drive. The image below contains the pin-out for the power connector of the L50A as well as the wiring scheme for the adapter cable.

SOURCE: download driver packard bell ft500

download drivermax and it will scan ur pc and tell u what driver u need for ur pc........its free if u take the free site.....
if no help with this go in touch with dell service department and ask for help
