Question about KitchenAid KERC507 Electric Kitchen Range
The oven elements quit working, the control panel shows the oven is on but we get no to little heat out of them. When I put on the convection oven the motor fan runs but again no heat from that element. I have the correct 240 volt power.
Repair person also shut the power off before replacing the fuse...

I just had a repairman fix my Kitchenaid 507KERCYAL0 electric range and oven. The problem was a $4.00 fuse. I didn't see exactly what he did but he accessed the fuse from the rear - had to pull out the range and I think remove a panel. Hopefully this helps and saves you $$. I ended up paying $90 to fix a $4 problem

The problem was the (20 amp) in line fuse on the red L 2 hot wire (fuse) is covered with black shrink wrap coming from the lower power box.The fuse cost me $2.00 and a bit of troubleshooting. After I talked a service outfit out of a copy of the wiring diagram, I had it troubleshoot in minutes. I had called Kitchen Aid and asked for a copy of the wiring diagram and all they would offer me was we'll set you up with service. The stove/oven works fine. I want to thank you for the feedback.
