Why when I try to log onto hulu but when it says to key in email and password there is not shown keyboard. I have a Samsung smart tv.

It could be that you are checking some other email account , instead of the one that you had originally used while creating an account on the website.

Also you can alternatively try the other methods for resetting the passwords like answering security questions, or calling up the service provider in case you are using hotmail.
