LCD inside of the PSP sounds like it went out. They are available thru ebay so if your good at using tools here is one auction located right here. The auction does not belong to me as its just something I found doing a search thru Ebay.
Its not expensive but just time consuming. It beats buying a new PSP. :)
try ebay, or better stil try 'Brighter future workshop' which is a charity in manchester (I think its in Manchester). they supply second hand stuf with excellent knowledge and service plus friendly. hope that helps

Does this happen when you play a dvd? if so your RED, GRENN, and BLUE lenses in the tv may be out of alingment. First try pulling the power on the tv (make sure the tv is turned off first) wait about 2 min. then plug it back in. If this stil continues, then what i said earlier may be the case and sorry to say unless you have a warranty you will be better off to buy a new tv. Now days it costs more to repair a tv than to buy a new one. And it could very well be the receiver
