It could be a door switch that arced open or closed. It could be a relay that arced open or closed etc

Handle Actuator

If the microwave door won't open the handle actuator might be broken. This is a plastic part which can become brittle over time. This part is connected between the door button and the door latch assembly.

Ok I have the same model and mine was doing the same thing. Apparently this model has a reputation of problems with the control board. I played with mine for hours and here's what finally worked: unplug the unit (or shut off the breaker--whichever's easier for you), take a dry cloth and wipe the door latches and control board clean of any residue. Then with the door still open, gently jiggle the control board by firmly grasping with your hand. Power up your unit again. This worked for me. The control board is really fussy and should be clean and free of any dust or residue. I notice this happens again when it gets dirty so I repeat the process and it's been working.....so far!!!

May be a sensor or thermostat for the fan thats faulty therefore it runs all the time.

Dont run it with the door open....The microwave are not good for you...You have an interlock switch problem...They can be adjusted...Sounds like one is stuck or bad in the closed position...Again do not run with door open......

You probably have a loose or broken door switch mount or the door may be slightly misaligned.

This is probably a a bad door switch or door switch mount. Chances are only the fan and light are running when you open it, but better safe than sorry. Opening the door while cooking (without first hitting the STOP pad) is the primary cause of door switch failure but not the only one. I have a text file called "doorsw.txt" which helps in diagnosing and repairing door switch problems, and a file called "safety.txt" which is of vital importance.
