If I turn the printer off then on again, it will sometimes work, but this error message keeps coming up. Is there something I can do to fix it, or do I really need to take it to a repair place? If so, do you have any recommendations for Southern California places to repair this printer? I live in the Pasadena area.
Thank you!
Claire
THANK YOU, Soulvisitor! I got an estimate for repair for over $200, and I was going to just go buy a cheap color printer (if such a thing exists).
Have a blessed Christmas!
