Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)

Frozen on. I turned on unit and is frozen. It shows a song, but song does not play. I can't turn it off or switch to anything.Battery shows about half, but I can't charge either. Just glowing in the dark until battery is dead.Thanks

    Problem resolved. I just let it sit until battery went down far enough for "Battery" alert to come on screen.

    From there I put a charge on it and everything works fine now. Probably I should have kept it charged up.

Creative zen became frozen

Let the battery completely drain, and after a while charge it using the charger available else thru computer without turning it on.. let it charge for 50% and then try switching it on. Try this if not get back to me.

Sansa c140 screen frozen

Try a "hard reset". Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off. With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button. Power it back on, see if that works. You can add to the question if you have more questions. Best of Luck.

recovery mode. slide the hold switxh so that is is redish hold record keep holding record and plug into computer.
