Loud how do i stop the styliner from being loud ?

TRY swapping back to your factory coils. I believe you are gonna find these coils are not compatable with the gm system. I assume truck is running fine? also the plugs may not work well with truck but this would show a po300. computer is designed to be able to tell the resistance in the coils and the amount of enegy used. when you swap with different components it messes with the values it expects to see. helped a corvette owner with similiar issues here:

Temperature digits 70 80 90 turns on and off at "random". And boiling does not stop!
I cleaned the round metal rings in the bottom of the kettle.

The two innermost rings are connected to the temperature sensor.
Use some sharp metal or fine sand paper to scratch the top edge (kettle at upside down) of the rings.
Clean/blow away the "metal dust" afterwards, and it should work again

Was it plugged in at the time you loaded it ? My toaster will not load(depress)unless plugged in .

First off all when buying a step down transformer for these clippers or any other electrical equitment make sure u read the label check cycle 50/60 ,and watt transformer need to be the same are close enough,with is hard to get on tha market,get it made custom,I'm a barber and we have a little trick open your andis clipper ,get spong cut it neatly just a bit thicker than the space between movin part and amateur (coil) insert spong between,not centre bit top bit to blade that's where knocking comin from it can cause that movin bit to break,trim spong until u get it quit but able to cut ,note blade will get hot because of wrong transformer and can damage coil

 The protective film is still on the blades.( spray with clipper cleaner while running the clippers) Or there's a hair between the blades.......same fix
