My Daewoo DVR540 failed to read a disc and failed to eject. Advice I picked up from another forum suggested ejecting the disc manually and re-booting the machine. Now I get 'wait' on the front panel for 3 mins then it goes into standby. Contacted Daewoo and they said to send it into one of their agents for repair but I have a feeling that it will cost me more than the machine is worth - anybody got a fix for this problem?
