Click Samsung PC Studio under Product Support, and it will show the Software that you need. To download, just click the Exe icon under File.

Hi - Sometimes devices are finicky about which SD cards they work with. I suggest you try a different brand card. Be sure to purchase it where they have an easy return policy just in case. The phone definitely supports two GB cards.
Luckily two GB cards are pretty cheap and it's always good to have a spare.

firt if u have a usb cord,connect it 2 ur pc.in ur pc it will show new device found. then go in my computer,ther u'll find ur divice. click on it.now mininize it. go to ur music folder and copy and paste it in ur new device which u had mininized.ok

Well samsung pc studio has this problem, it doesnt support certain models, plz try to switch the phone to USB mode or Modem mode , from ur cell phone.

you can try this. install pc studio, and then connect your mobile...it should automatically install the drivers..but if that is what you have done then you can try updating the PC studio software.

I have sometimes found that the connection to PC Studio can be affected by how the phone is set to respond to a connection. If you set the 'Ask on Connection' setting and then select the connection type when you plug in the USB cable, it sometimes does not work as well as if you set the connection type first. I have found this with my E900 & G800.

What version of windows are you using also are you getting the message on the phone or the pc if the pc and you are using xp try the updated ver of the software and also java update
