My new Samsung E900 isn't being recognised by PC Studio 3.
When I go into PC Studio 3 and click on the USB connection, it tries to read the phone, but it just stays on that 'time elapsed' screen. I've tried waiting for ages, but nothing is happening. I've installed the USB drivers, and I've tried resetting the phone, but nothing is working.
Re: My new Samsung E900 isn't being recognised by PC...
My son's phone did the same. I went into the windows control panel, performance and maintenance, system. Selected hardware, device manager, and refreshed the drivers from there. That cleared the problem.

Hi - Sometimes devices are finicky about which SD cards they work with. I suggest you try a different brand card. Be sure to purchase it where they have an easy return policy just in case. The phone definitely supports two GB cards.
Luckily two GB cards are pretty cheap and it's always good to have a spare.

I have sometimes found that the connection to PC Studio can be affected by how the phone is set to respond to a connection. If you set the 'Ask on Connection' setting and then select the connection type when you plug in the USB cable, it sometimes does not work as well as if you set the connection type first. I have found this with my E900 & G800.
