I can not get the codes to make the remote with my television. I am so incredibly frustrated. I went to the website, and also to the universal remote control codes website and got nothing but messages telling me that the website is down or else that they are currently encoutering problems with the websites.

Need code for one for vrc 3220

Do you mean the URC 3220 from One For All? The RCA codes programmed into the unit are 0047 0019 0018 0090 0679
0747 1047 1147 1247 1347 1447 . The manual for the URC3220 is available here: http://www.voxxsupport.com/images/User%20Manuals%20-%20FAQ%27s/URC3220%20manual%20booklet.1.2.pdf . The directions for programming the remote are here: http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7725/~/programming-the-one-for-all-urc3220-universal-remote-control .

Note: if the TV is a 20F512T, it was built by TTE for RCA in ~2006. The URC3220 was programmed in early 2006. This may mean that your remote doesn't have the code for your TV. Universal remotes usually only have codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. You may need a newer remote.

Which GE universal remote do you have? Does the remote use a 3-digit or a 4-digit code? To program most GE remotes for a TV, turn on the TV. Then press and hold the Code Search or Setup button until the indicator light comes on. Then press and release the TV button. Enter the first code available for your device. The indicator light should go off then check if the remote controls the functions of the TV. Repeat the above steps if the code doesn't work or doesn't control all the features of your TV.

Toshiba 4-digit TV codes are: 0159 0178 0109 0120 0181
.............0105 0049 0095 0170 0260 0358
.............0394 0924 0012 0095 0117 0141
The 3-digit codes are 170, 181 or 641 for Toshiba HDTVs.

Please note that the remote probably only has codes for devices that were released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than your GE universal remote, you may need a newer remote.
