You need the Motorola Phone Tools. It is not free software, but you can generally find it on any file sharing software or tools.

My olympus t-100 will not turn off or on. screen went blank while reviewing pics. focus lens is stuck out.
I recently purchased the same camera (Olympus T-100) and it would do the same thing. Would lock up with a black blank screen periodically. Now, for no reason the screen has turned white and doesn't display anything at all. I went to Olympus' website with hope to download the software for it but there isn't any software for this model. I sent this problem to Olympus for an answer but I think I am just screwed, unless someone has a solution.

try gettin a 5 pin usb cabke and downloadin mbledit off of download.com innstall the software and plug in ur phone the software should recognize the phone

ok... I thought that might have happened. Good luck with the claim. Let us know how it went. Really, he should be the one trying to contact the other user. That's just good business practices. After all, it was his mistake, not yours.

you have to install the mobile phone tools software that came with the mobile phone.....or you can buy a bluetooth adapter connect it to ur pc then transfer the pic from mobile to pc...

Razor screen went blank
i tried some electrical contact cleaner (brake cleaner WAL-MART .89 cents) on the hinges. Open ti back and forth several times. NOTE: do not spray alot, just a little at a time. Then it got squeaky and started working. Then I sprayed a little WD-40 on the hinges and it works fine.

Motorola Razr v3 stuck in mute mode. Finally find mute switch during a call, turn it off , says mute off with green arrow and then it reverts back to mute! No idea how phone got stuck on mute! Impossible to get mute to go off. Made a call & got the mute setting to finally come up & I turned it off - it says mute off, green arrow shows. Then it reverts to mute again!
