Dear facebook disabled-account support staff I tried login to my facebook account and found out it was disabled. I would like to know for which reasons?.hopefully I can correct my actions if I know the reasons for which I was disabled I have always complied to the terms of use of facebook.my apologies if you knowingly I violated any of them. as facebook is a useful networking. If it?s because of sending to many messages I don?t understand and I think it?s kind of ridiculous how you disable my account just because of sending out to many messages because facebook are meant for people to make friends and keep in touch. please reactivate my account and the biggest problem is that I really need that account because of phone numbers, addresses, photos, important messages by loosing that account I will loose almost all of my friends and that?s very painful?.GOD BLESS YOU AND PROTECT YOU?..please forgive me if I did wrong I would really appreciate to get ma account reactivated soon. Thank you Stephanie

You should have a password as well as as your email address,go to he facebook wesite and sign in with your email addresss and password. If not, you could start a new account.
I'm not an expert or a FACEBOOK user (OK OK I'M A DINOSAURE) but you should try contacting FACEBOOK to have them reset your account's password, I don't want to scare you but this smells a HACK! from what you posted....
There are different reasons why you may not be able to access your
account and unique ways to contact Facebook for each case. Therefore, it
is important to be sure that you are using the correct channel when
submitting a request for help. First, identify the correct reason why
you are unable to access your account from the three reasons that are
listed below. Then, follow the instructions listed by the reason that
pertains to you.
Disabled for violating Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
Facebook accounts that have been reported or detected for policy
violations may be disabled by Facebook. Possible reasons include, but
are not restricted to:
Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Facebook
Unsolicited contact with others for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, dating, or other inappropriate conduct
Use of a fake name
Impersonation of a person or entity, or other misrepresentation of identity
Posted content that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and
Responsibilities (this includes any obscene, pornographic, or sexually
explicit photos, as well as any photos that depict graphic violence. We
also remove content, photo or written, that threatens, intimidates,
harasses, or brings unwanted attention or embarrassment to an individual
or group of people)

Security disabled
Accounts that have been reported or detected as compromised or phished
may be disabled by Facebook. If you think your account was disabled for
security reasons, refer to the Security section of the Help Center to find the correct contact form.
Can't log in due to access issues
If you are disabled, you will clearly see a "Disabled" message when you
try to log in to your account. If you do not see this message, then your
account is not disabled and you are simply experiencing login issues.
You should refer to the Login and Password section of the Help Center to find the correct contact form.
Examples of login issues include:
Inability to log in due to password problems
Inability to log in due to an error message (e.g., "Site Maintenance," "Invalid/Unregistered Email Address," etc.)
Inability to log in due to forgetting one's login email address or password
Hi, I can understand the amount of confusion and frustration that you are going through right now. The account can be disabled because of many reasons: 1. If their is any wrong activity or comments created by the account, which were detected by the facebook team. 2. if people have repoted about the account that it is illegal. 3. Any unauthorized access to the account or account hacking issues. There are other issues also such as not able to enter the password correctly multiple times.
There is a way to know that no one is accessing your account without your permission. When you login to your facebook account, go to account settings option and then select
Account Security...Add extra protection to your Facebook account. Login Notifications Get notified by SMS or email if a new computer or mobile device logs into your account.
Once you turn the setting on, the facebook will always prompt about the location you are in. For eg. home, office, etc. You will receive sms and email alerts about the login, this will let you know if anyone else tries to use your account without your permission, Hope it Helps..
