No power to air conditioner - Panasonic reverse cycle, CU-A34BBP5

I have read about several of these units having problems with the "Current Detection Boards". It may be dirty and getting loose. You didn't say if the original fuse was bad. Could it be that you need to seat the card again or perhaps clean the contact points?

Hope this helps,
Rich Long

Why does the air conditioning light blink when the defrost is on in my 2003 mitsubishi eclipse

Because on most vehicles your defrost is tied in with your air conditioning,They have it that way,That your widows don,t mist up when it is (Raining) Out, It explains this in most owners manuals for your car,Where it shows you the different settings for your heater. The high pitch squeal is your belt sliping on the air conditioning compresser. It is probally loose or needs to be replaced.

Air Conditioning broken - fan still works

Probably a control board failure. If the modes don't work and the fan auto/on works, I'd say the circuit board has failed. Does the fan turn on when cool is selected? If not, 99% sure it's the board. If it does, it's probably a compressor component issue. Window units are considered throw aways.

I have a Panasonic air conditioner model CU-E12EKU (inverter). The unit stop working and the timer indicator is blinking. I checked for this error and followed the instructions in the Operating Manual,...

Not sure if yours has a letter 'H' before the 16 but if it does, it's the:
- Outdoor Current Transformer open circuit.
which means that your outdoor controller board is faulty.

Flap will not lift

Either there is a problem with the circuit board or the little motor that runs the flap open and shut. The only way to tell would be to try and get a metter on the motor when it should be operating and find out if it is getting power. Look on the motor for the type of power and voltage. It may be like 12v DC.
To get cooling for now you can take off the cover and unhook the linkage that runs the flap and prop it open. Be careful as the linkage can be very fragile. And you want to take it apart is such a way so that you can reassemble it once you get the parts replaced.

Panasonic air conditioning model no cu-v9ckp5 inside unit switches on but no fan operation outside unit starts then after approx 1 min whole thing shuts down again

The outside unit has a fan capacitor and it must be faulty!!! thae capacitor tells the fan to rotate and if the fan does not work then the compressor will shut down due to a high head pressure and temperture!! change the capacitor located in the electrical section of the outside unit and it should work fine...
