Good Morning:
My Lex. All in One worked perfectly for almost two years however, a few days ago it began "jamming" ( paper going in about a centimeter) and then stopping. The jam is occuring to the right but I honestly beleive the problem is somewhere underneath to the left ( where I can't get to !!). Note that it is not "grinding" or "eating" the paper- it simply goes so far, crumples on the right and stops while the printer heads continue to move as if there was paper moving thru.
I have been unable to get ANYWHERE with Lexmark support as far as how to take this thing apart. It appears that they have priced their products so that (to them) it's easier to buy a new one than fix the one you have.
If a picture would help, I'd be glad to send one.
Thanks/ G-nome
Hello I have an x6170 when I go to print the paper is going in side ways, crumbling the paper. I did not do anything different from before. I tried taking it apart but I do not see any screws or if it is just snap in I would like to see the assembly manual so I can open it...maybe fixing it.
Please HELP

Same problem. Tried different papers. Tried holding paper in position so that it would not twist. Tried reaching for roller or whatever provides the friction, but could not get access. Came across this site while looking for a solution.
I have the exact same problem. Have tried clearing paper jam and restarting, but experience the same thing.
