hi.. u can increase the ringtone volume of ur mobile through sound settings...Just click the main menu and go for settings option..There will be several options available in that click sound and u can increase the ringtone to a maximum limit..

In order to have full view of ur video before start playing the video go for "more" option which is available on ur mobile screen and u can select full display...

Just apply any one of them then follow the following steps

1) H/W Test
2) Audio Settings
3) IIS Normal 2
4) Rx vol.
5) Level 14 and enter there 3200 or up to 30000
