SOURCE: Panasonic Microwave Model NN-H765BF will rotate

The turntable system typically consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray.

Here is a video of how a turntable motor should sound when you rotate it by hand.

If yours is not set to be off via the control panel, and it won't rotate or it sounds like it's grinding, etc., you may have a bad motor or plastic coupler.

To replace either, you need to unplug power, then remove the bottom cover of the oven.

Where can I get a glass turntable

Are you talking about just a new glass plate for your specific oven or a generic turntable mechanism? If just a glass plate, you have provided no brand or model info. Just examine how your old plate engaged - they aren't all the same but some will interchange. There are also inexpensive turntable devices that can be used to retrofit ovens without a rotating mechanism.

Glass turntable in tricity tmc209 says "microwave only" What do I use for convection or combi cooking? Does turntable still need to rotate for convection cooking?

definately dont use the standard glass plate for convectional 'oven' cooking, as it will shatter. i have had TWO plates shatter so far before realising they should only be used for microwave cooking.

Microwave lights up and glass plate rotates but no heat. Also, unsure how to remove microwave from its surround within kitchen unit.

to almost all of the no heat microwave issues suggest calling company about warranty because the warranty may cover problems like these up to five years and taking them apart will almost certainly void it. Magnatron is likely cause for problem.
