Web cams are very poor cousins of actual video cameras. You can record but it will not be of much use when viewed on a large screen. Moreover, the resolution and fps would be very low giving you a blurred and jerky movements. Not worh the effort.
The screen is a tiny view of the picture and you cannot see all the details of the shot that way. The only way to be sure is to zoom in on the details when viewing the photo on the screen.
It sounds like a resolution problem which you can fix your self just right click personolise or properties then set your coulours to as high as it will go. Then set you resolution to high.
if you have any questions please dont hesitate to ask

This is a internal circuit problem/defect and cannot be done on our own, so u should take it to SONY service centre. Avoid keeping the camera near hot temperatures zone. Sony is not tolerant to many physical factors.
Hi - the best bet would be to bring it back to the shop where you got it and have them switch it on warranty, personally i would switch it for a k850 - 5megapixels, and crystal clear pics.
I use k810 3.2MP, good enough for me, but if you want to make some nice posters of your girl get the k850.
Samsungs are a bit on the lower end of the high end phones
one of the possible cause of the said problem can be a defective or broken flex ribbion cable carrying signal to the focus motor. the replacement of the flex will solve the problem.
othe may be friction in the focus assembly. cleaning of the same will do the job.
but in both the cases you will need the help of repair shop.
The viewfinder image should look sharp & clear, as long as the
camera is turned ON. If the camera is OFF, the viewfinder image
will blur. At least this is how it works on my C2000z.
If your viewfinder is always blurry, I would return the camera
for exchange.
