Replace the rechargable batteries in each headphone (AA-size), that will do the trick, with mine it is the other way around, my batteries are just fine, **** it doesnt charge anymore :-( Greetz

The speaker on the right side of the headphone is dead and shorted or might have lose wiring requiring repairing like resoldering or just tapping on the right on the right side it headphone might work.
The lense of the camera might be stuck, this happened to me. I fiddled with it abit and it turnt on (before it didnt turn on when the lense was stuck). Try this but if it does not work buy new rechargeable batteries at stores such as currys, maplin, pc world, some local supermarkets ect. Otherwise go to the store you brought this from (with receipe) and ask for techniqucal support. This will be free of charge if they find that it is a manifactural problem. Good luck
Make sure the lock switch wasn't accidentally engaged. If it is unlocked, and it's still not charging, run a Repair in the Philips Device Manager. If it still will not charge, then the issue is hardware-related - contact Philips and find out if the player is still in warranty.
Try this:
Make sure the GoGear is disconnected from the computer
Turn the goGear off
Hold in the volume + button
Reconnect the goGear to the computer while holding in the volume + button
Continue holding the volume + button for 20-30 seconds until a "Found New Hardware Wizard" window pops up
If this does not work, the GoGear is toast, call 1-888-PHILIPS and see if you are still in warranty
Replac the batteries.
