nothing stays cold or frozen. Both sides do not keep temperature. I cleaned alot on the back of the frig and left if unplugged all night and then re-plugged it and set the dials to factory settings and it all worked and ice was being made and then a day later it all began not cooling again on both sides.

Take all the bottom shelves and baskets out of the freezer. look at the back wall of the freezer. youll see a block of ice in a metal pan looking part at the bottom of the rear panel. there is a hole in the bottom of that pan. thats the defrost drain. its clogged. use a hair dryer to get all the ice out then use hot water to flush out the drain hole.

I had the same problem. I used chris72's solution and it appears to be fixed. Fingers crossed!

Why would we get ice build up underneath bottom bskt in freezer?

because your drain is clogged and now frozen, now the defrosted frost is staying in the freezer. you must defrost the drain and than, clean the drain and insure that water can flow out into the drain pan.

Water is accumulating inside the bottom of the freezer.

Hi, The defrost drain behind the rear freezer panel is plugged. Remove the rear panel and clear the ice away from the drain. Then you will need to flush the drain hole with hot water to make sure it is open.
Some models require an after market drain heat kit.
Please get me your model # and I can look this up to let you know if you need that heat kit.

Thanks

Water accumulates at the bottom of the freezer unit and leaks

You must clear the drain of anything that would cause water to pool up after each defrost cycle. Check your door gaskets for wear. Air entering the ice box can cause excessive frost.
