No parts I need to find a parts dealer that sells replacement screens for the Mitsubishi VS-45605. All three are broken through. Also need to find manual control circuit board with buttons.

I need to find a replacement "diamond shield" (the protective outer plastic screen) for the VS-45605 also. No longer available from Mitsubishi.
Please let me know if you find someplace that has parts for this tv.
    Thanks

Is it the clear cover protecting the lentil screen behind that you are talking about. if so you dont need this. more often by removing it you get a better picture.
the lentil screen can be brought in the states quite easily.
doing a web search there is a company that will cut you a new one of the roll.

It comes on and then it goes off

This just happened to me as well. Keep it plugged in for about five minutes without trying to turn it on. Then try. This will ultimately tell you that your convergence chip is out. If the screen comes back on, it will look distorted. This is most definantly that chip going out. I suggest a tv repair kit or trash it. Mitsubishi vs-45605 with wavy lines

The first things to check are the filter caps in the main power supply area. Usually this rolling is caused by 60 cycle hum coming from the wall. Try that first and update this with your results. Also, while you are in there, resolder any joints that appear grainy or have rings.

Mitsubishi #VS-45605

We had a blue cone on the screen. We have adjusted the sharpness, contrast, and cross hairs. The cone has almost completely disappeared, but we still have blue shadows. Could this mean a blown color tube?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
