My mike is working,he can hear me great, both videos, my outgoing his incoming are working, but his sound is very very poor..can't understand a word he is saying. ?? Thanks for trying to help.

I have had a similar audio problem. Videos work great on both ends. The other end can hear me fine, but the sound from the other end is very garbled.
With another caller, I can hear them fine, but I cut out at their end about half the time...3 seconds on and 3 seconds off.

Ok.. the problem is on the other side or maybe your friend has a problem. tell your friend to close his mike near to his mouth and tell him to speak loud. or let your friends change his mike.. may be his mike has big problem.. thanks

why don't you try to send your moobile to a service center and let them open the unit to see what is the main and real problem of your mbile.
because some are experiencing that problem and the reason is some parts are needed to repair or replace.
After receiving a message with sound, push the button on the side that activates voice dialing. It sometimes takes activating it twice, but it will turn the sound back on.
