How to set timing 99 evolution 1340 cc

Hi Mason, I borrowed this from a Harley Davidson Tech Forum.
"•set piston in front cylinder at TDC on compression stroke center vertical line in timing hole
•turn ignition on make sure run switch is on
•using volt meter, measure voltage between GN/W wire from sensor plate and ground while rotating sensor plate to do that, follow wires from sensor plate to ignition module connector back-probe the GN/W wire at connector (it may be GN wire instead of GN/W on your bike)
•when voltage changes from 0 V to 4-5 V (or vice versa), stop, set sensor plate
•it's now timed at TDC at 0 RPM
"
It may be easiest to access the green or green/white wire (depending upon model/year) at the connector at the ignition module, not the connector from the sensor plate (between the ignition module and the sensor plate). Good luck

How to make a GN 9350 unit work with Windows 7?

Skip dealing with it. You don't need the $110 BS "upgrade" as this is a driver issue. Jabra could very well have provided a downloadable and install-able driver for the GN 9350 that would work perfectly, and tell windows not to use the unsigned USB driver in the headset firmware.

Fortunately there is a quick-fix workaround... it is only a little bit of a pain (and proof that their $110 firmware upgrade is not necessary).
When you want to use the jabra with Win7:
1. Plug it into your computer via USB.
2. Go to your playback devices menu (right-click the speaker icon in the system-tray)
3. Set the GN 9350 as the default device for recording and playback.
(right-click, and test, should error (couln't play test tone)
4. unplug the power to the reciever/base.
5. wait 10 seconds.
6. plug it back in.

7. may need to set it as the default again, but you should be good for a while, just don't switch back and forth too much between computer and phone.

Turned down the fireplace accidently turned it off. The pilot can be pushed in however it is not igniting . Can it be lit manually

If your getting a flame when igniting, and your still pressing in on the pilot then all you need to do is hold it in for about 30 seconds or so. This is because theres a thermal cutout then needs to heat up form the pilot to keep the flame lit.
If you've got no flame at all then you should look at your fireplace manual and see if theres an alternative to lighting the pilot. I wouldn't recommend opening it to light the pilot.
