I have a Sharp 56DR650, red power light turns off.

The lamp probably has failed. The Part number is ANR65LP1/1

within the 3 days of replacing your lamp to when it stopped working, did you open the access panel for the lamp again? If you did, the interlock switch might not have engaged when you put the panel back on. Make sure the switch is in the O position, then try powering it up.

the possible problem of your lcd tv is a defective capacito0r on the power supply assembly

did you replace the bulb only or a new bulb with a new cage?

the 32 message indicates lamp issues. Buy a new lamp with new cage and that should fix the problem.

Hi - wanted to let you know that I have the same problem and I contacted Sharp (800) 237-4277. They offered me a prorated exchange. Select #1 prompt for Operations and then they will create a case number if you don't already have one and then send you over to the Disbatch Dept. They are picking up my 56" TV and are selling me a LC52"D65U for under $450 current retail value of the new TV $1900. Give them a call and see if they can work out a deal for you too. The whole transaction will take 7 - 10 days. Good Luck!

That's error code 32. Indicates lamp trouble or failure. The system will shut down automatically.

remove color wheel,seperate from bracket open and lube and clean motor will work fine

i have a 56DR650 and it does them same thing. It is still under warranty but where i bought it, they said they can no longer fix it so they are giving my money back. the problem has to do with the color wheel inside.
