The dispenser control board locked up and is not in lock mode. It is currently on water setting (light above water is on) and cannot be switched to ice, crush, lock, or light. The express fill button still works so I wonder if it is the control board, keyboard, or something else.
Thanks for any help!

Let me know if you would like a free service manual, Thanks, Sea Breeze
I am an affiliate of all the websites I list on Fixya. When you click on the Repair Clinic photo and enter your model number and or part number I only get credit as an affiliate that helped you solve your refrigerator problem. They mentioned free help. Here I am! If you need answers you just need to ask me. It does not cost you any more. As for the photo and part number go to my site=> http://appliancepartsse.blogspot.com/ then click on the appliance parts picture on right enter your model or part number. That takes you to the part or model. Now your photo I sent is only the front view, but to answer your question it is a keyboard and I was wrong to call it a control board. It's about $10.00 less at the other sites I listed. Because it is a keyboard we need to check the mother board and or the power supply. This could be as simple as a door switch being defective. I am emailing you an 88 page service manual in PDF format if you need adobe to download or open beter go to adobe.com and download their latest free version. Sea Breeze
Thanks for all the thumbs up. And the email! I want you to unplug your refrigerator while you disconnect the Keyboard because if you do while plugged in it may dump the memory from the main control board. Causing the main board not to recognize the keyboard. If you should happen to do this we will need to reset the main board to its original state which may not be defined in your manual. Maytag and Jenn-Air are complex so please let me know what you want to do before doing something. Thanks, Again Sea Breeze

Got the manual, thanks very much. While the manual you sent was for a JSD2695KES, will it also work for mine which is a JCD2295KES?
Based on the service manual and its dispenser troubleshooting guide, it says that the PCB needs to be replaced. Is the PCB the control board that is attached to the back of the dispenser? Since the problem continues to be that the other functions (lock, cube, crush, light) cannot be selected I tried to go through the service tests which would allow me to activate the other functions.I performed the service tests as shown on page 48 and tests 161 and 162 allowed me to operate the ice crushing and cube functions via the dispersing actuator, so I know those functions DO WORK. Do these tests utilize the dispenser control board? I then did test 182 which is the LED indicator operation. When executed, it illuminated ALL led lights on the main control board and the door dispenser keypad. So in light of these tests, does this prove that the door dispenser keypad is fault in that those other buttons (lock, cube, crush, light) no longer work?
Thanks,
Jason

So do you think I should try replacing the keyboard first or the dispenser control board?
