Mp3 wont turn on `

Try pressing the menu and the record button together at the same time.This resets the yp-t9.I guess this should help.

you need a new battery for you zen

or do a search for creative labs zen vplus battery
on the inetrnet

Get a new one

you have to hold the play pause button until you hear a noise and music starts playing

try to hold it for a while or just keep presing it until it goes on

hold down the play/pause button for a while............or get a new battery

Try Fomating it. it would restart and then try loading the files on again. it might work

i was going to say, let it warm up for awhile.

But that's good!

make sure it is set to cd/wma/mp3 mode

press menu then go to set up then I think general and then look for play mode or cd mode. something like that.\




ps if it was over heating the unit actual tells you that it is over heated and then powers down.

it could be your battery or the charger itself. you may want to try another charger for it, or get a new battery. i don't think it is a worse problelm.
