I brought a onn t.v. and it has a defect and I need to get ahold of somebody my name is Cynthia Lantz Lantz my phone number is ************ yes I bought a TV at Walmart 8 almost 8 months ago and I was watching TV in the cable man came I had to call the cable man cuz I thought it was their box find out it's a defect in the TV something popped popped inside the TV I don't know exactly what he said but I need a new TV and Walmart said it's been over three months I have to contact the place who do I get ahold of please help me

I am sumising that you have checked the menu controls on your tv and are recieving your signal from the cable box , so therefore if it is not comong from the Aerial and direct from the cable company then the picture should be clear .. However sometimes people dont check to see if the signal is RGB or composite from the box RGB is usually best if you have a scart socket connection or SVHS if your set has that capability .. sometimes people have an old VHs recorder and the sinal is coming from that to the set through the Aerail fly lead if it is you will probably find they are conflicting giving you a poor picture retune your Video to another channel instructions should be in its manuel if not come back to me ... reagrds Vortash

It is probably the charging port. It seems to be a common issue with this model of phone.

If it is the charger port on th eD900, You have 3 options.

1. get it repaired, under warranty if possible
2. Get a new one
3.Get an external battery charger and charge battery separate from phone.Another battery and charger will set you back about 10 dollars on ebay
