Unfortunately Britax only keeps their parts in stock for 5 years if the stroller is older than that they do'nt have,it is unfair, I tried to get some parts for my toni but they said it is to old.

If you contact http://www.stokke.com/en-gb/contact-us.aspx you should be able to purchase this part. This is called the bumper bar and attaches in front of the seat unit.
ALternatively, any retailer that stocks Stokke products should be able to order this for you.
I assume that you mean that you need to attach the carseat onto the chassis. If so, you will need to get a pair of adapters to fit this onto the pram, these should have come with the pram itself. If you don't have these, you can contact Britax who will sell these to you.
