You'll have to provide more details, like an error.

If it opens, but doesn't connect you can look in the lower right corner of outlook to see is a status of operation, you can click on this and choose Details... You will be able to see the error and results.

If it doesn't open at all, I would suggest a Repair of the software. This can be done in the Add Remove programs in Control Panel. Choose Microsoft Outlook, and then then Change or Repair. If these options aren't available. Then reinstall the software.

Outlook 2003 problem

Save the document to your computer, Right click on the attachment, select "open with", then select MS Word.

Ms office outlook

Start > control panel > Mail > Show profile .Add Profile > give a name for your profile > Cancel >ok

check the box always prompt for profile to be used > apply ok .

Outlook express 2003

type in run "chkdsk /r" then enter "y"
then restart the system.then it check hadrdsk for bad indexing and recover.then wait till windoe\ws .
then try to open out look .otherwise uninstall ms office then reinstall if u have setup.
