In most commercial freezers, in the cooling coil (evaporator), there is a "thermo disc" that senses the temp of the coil and prevents the fans from coming on until the coil get cold. Generally, about 26 or so degrees. Either the coil is not getting cold enough or the therm disc is not functioning. This prevents warm air from being circulated.
SOURCE: blower fan works, but air conditioner doesn't blow
Most common problem is a bad blend door motor or re-calibration of it. Could be alot of other things so if you get more info write back.
SOURCE: air conditioner blower fan stopped working
does the heat still work if not it might be your blower motor
SOURCE: my ac blower fan quit then started then quit for
the fan resister is most likely bad or the fan altogether died.
What is the pressure in your low pressure side at 80 degrees ambient? Did you use gauges?
U said the clutch will not stay engaged, meaning that it engages and then releases. If so, that means the clutch winding is good but that perhaps you have a loose wire feeding the clutch or a bad, intermittent relay. And if that is not the case then you are LOW in freon and the low pressure cut off switch is disconnecting the clutch when the pressure goes down. Pressure should be around 35 pounds on suction line at about 3000 rpm.
