It sounds as if you have outbound CID blocked on your trunks just like mine. It is also possible but very unlikely that way down in the KSU programming the CLIP function was enabled bogus information to fool the other party. Like I said UNLIKELY but possible.

SOURCE: Change the time and date on Panasonic KX-T7730

You have to change from extension 101. Once you are on extension 101 then you need to press program then 0. enter date backwards ie(081104) then day (1=mon 2=tues 3=wed 4=thur 5=fri ect.) then enter time ie(0300 for 3:00) then 0 for am or 1 for pm. so it would go like this
Press program then 0
Enter (example for Tues. Nov. 11,2008 3:00 pm) would be
081104 2 0300 1
then press store then program again and it's set.

Hello, if you are using this phone with a 308 or 824 system, while the handset is still on the cradle / hook press PROGRAM and then the one touch button you want to assign a CO line to. Now press 0 followed by the line port number ( example 1 ). Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save the changes. Press PROGRAM to exit program mode.

Lost panasonic KXT-7730 password

If you lost the password the only way to get into programming mode is to reset the telephone system to factory default. If you are not accustomed to all programming features this is not recomended because resetting will whipe out all programming including ringer settings, extension names, speeddials, routing and class of service. If you still want to reset let me know.

Cant retrieve incoming calls from someone elses extension

Of course you picked the feature with conditions :-)

From the intercom 40 picks up any incoming call. 4* picks up trunk calls, and 41 plus ext number picks up a specific ringing phone.

The condition is that an extension can block call pickup by dialing 7201.. 7200 clears it.

Restrict cel calls

This is a phone system feature, not a phone feature. Your phone can be used on different Panasonic phone systems so you will need to find out which system you have and get the manual for the system, not a phone.
