What kind of oven? Microwave? Conventional? Toaster? If it'a a microwave it most likely a fuse. Conventional depends what it is. You need to see if you have power going to your oven. So power at the terminal block? Fuse could be blown (like a thermo fuse you find in dryers), bad power supply board (if its supplied with one) by hi-limit or high limit tripped, etc.
If the Microwave Oven has no power, try other outlets if nothing I would recommend purchasing a new Microwave.
