Question about Computers & Internet
We are FIXYA dot com, we are nothing to do with South African Revenue Service, or the judicial system in South Africa. When you were charged, they must have told you why they were charging you!
Stealing from SARS seems popular and they are cracking down on those that do. You need to contact the Prosecutors Department.
Edited to add, it seems you were 'charged in absentia'. You were asked to appear in court to answer the charges, you didn't appear. You need to contact the courts or SARS direct.

That depends on the laws of your country, province, or state. The best (not the cheapest) thing to do would be to consult a lawyer familiar with those laws.

Call a LAWYER that specializes in this type case.. (AVO, Top Lawyer - search).. and the local police.. they SHOULD assist you in contacting the proper authorities.. if its someone in another state the FBI MUST get involved!!!
