Kodak EASYSHARE 5300 All-In-One InkJet Printer Logo
Posted on Aug 08, 2009

I get Home Center error code 1-2010 and cannot continue.

When I click on the Home Center icon, I get "Home Center error, Home Center has experienced an exception and cannot continue." Error code 1-2010
I have been unable to use the scanning function, because I cannot get to Home Center, where I believe I can do what the tutorial has shown me.
I can print and copy with no problem. I have a Kodak ESP3AiO
Thanks,
Don Mumford

Sorry I don't have a solution! I have the same problem & have been having other problems with my ESP3AiO - like it shows that the ink cartridges need to be replaced when I just printed a few pictures with brand new cartridges, also gave error messages sayint the print head was missing when it wasn't & had been working fine! I'm frustrated & fed up with it!!!!! This is actually my second one!!!! The first one stopped working when it said there was a paper jam & there wasn't but it would not reset or do anything else!!!!!!!!!! Good luck with your situation. I'm heading out to buy another printer that won't be a Kodak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kodak 5300 all in one printer will not scan. Cannot get on line with 5300 a10 home center program, tells me printer is not connected

try to unplug replug the usb cable of the printer.

You may also go to control panel printer and faxes and look for the printer of your 5300 now if you see 2 icons delete them both then exit to printer and faxes. and unplug/replug your USB cable then restart computer.

If this issue not solve try to uninstall the software and download the clearutility kodak.com/go/clear. then after doing this restart computer.
