SOURCE: I own a Bunker Hill digital floor safe sku #need code change data
To change the code: Your safe comes
preset with the default code of “159-A”.
To change the code, first open the safe.
On the inside of the door near the hinge,
there is a small red “reset” button. Press
this button until the Yellow LED on the
front panel lights up. Now, input your new
code up to 8 characters, followed by
either “A” or “B”. The Yellow LED will flash
to indicate that your new code has been
accepted. Warning: If the Yellow LED
does not flash, the code has not been
accepted, and you must start over.
NOTE: Be sure to test your new
combination before closing the door.
NOTE: Be sure to have the Override Key
available when setting a new
combination or changing batteries, in
case the door doesn’t open.
Good Luck

I had the same problem.
Call Harbor Freight Customer Service @ 1-800-444-3353
Before you call the number though, go to your safe and write down the three or four digit key code, that is on the silver key slot. (they will need that number)
It is something like $8.00 per key, plus shipping, and it will take about 2-3 weeks to get it, but they will mail you the keys in a small brown envelope.
Good Luck!

1-800-444-3353. They are distributed by Harbor Freight. This may be their phone number. In any case, they have technical info.
