Check battery, it might need to be replaced. If not? Go to the Internet and find the part that makes her repeat phrases. Might need to be replaced. These talking toys are a hit and a miss most of the time. Last, if none of these work go to then Company and tell them what the problem is and the might send you a new part, which would be nice.

Where can I get instructions?

Hasbro has the instructions for several Catch Phrase Electronic toys on their support site: http://corporate.hasbro.com/en-us/consumer-care/toy-game-instructions . Search for the Catch Phrase to get the list of various Catch Phrase games and their manuals. How old is the version that you have? The manual for the 2001 version is here: http://www.hasbro.com/common/instruct/CatchPhrase(Electronic).pdf . The instructions for a 2005 version is here: http://www.hasbro.com/common/instruct/Catch_Phrase_electronic_2005.pdf .

BUZZ LIGHTYEAR U-COMMAND KEEPS REPEATING SAME PHRASE. EXACTLY WHAT DO YOU PROG. YOURSELF? AND HOW?

I replaced the batteries in both legs of the U-Command Buzz Lightyear when my son's started repeating the same phrase and that resolved the problem. Hope it works for you.

Electronic catch phrase is repeating words - just purchased

I don't know if you ever received a solution to your problem, but you might try taking the batteries out and putting them back in again. If this doesn't resolve the problem, I would take the unit back to the store where you purchased it. If this helps, please give me an appropriate rating and thanks for using FixYa.

Well, I've sure done that before, but not to worry. You can get your manuals by clicking on the following link.

When you're at the page, simply scroll down to Catch Phrase Electronic or Catch Phrase Electronic 2005. Click on the .pdf symbol across from the name of the game. The pdf will open for viewing then you can save it to your computer for printing.
