Check the throttle cable connection at the carburetor throttle linkage, it (cable) may be broken or the carburetor linkage is broke.

The outer cable is probably not fixed in place at the bottom end. If so, instead of the control moving the inner cable and moving the air control butterfly, the outer cable is sliding down the inner cable and so no movement of the inner cable occurs. Look for a missing or loose outer cable clamp.

four screw remove the primer bulb plate from the carb, switch it out and put the screws back in..

It is flooded something fierce. The gas will come out of the muffler when it starts flooding the cylinder. Once you get it starter (no choke when flooded, throttle open) it will smoke like the dickens and then should be fine.

120' cord. I would go to a big-box store and investigate making your own cord so that you only have 2 ends. 12 guage at the very least. any thing smaller, and you will burn up the motor.

I believe that the trigger and throttle cable should solve your issue.
