Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
SOURCE: I have an xbox 360
DVD drive doors are not really made with repairs in mind. The cost of the repair would be far more expensive than replacing the entire drive. The time it would take your local Xbox to take your unit apart enough to remove and replace the drive is relatively minimal, and the cost of a new drive should not exceed $40-70.00, plus no more than an hour or two of labor cost. Just to be on the safe side, contact your local Xbox repair center and have them give you a quote on the replacement. Then check the cost of replacing the unit. Depending on the shop's labor charge, it may be cheaper to just replace the unit. The Xbox just dropped in price a few weeks ago.
I hope this information will help. Thank you for using our service.

Make sure the disc has the proper media files for ripping. It cannot be a data cd or a drm protected cd.

SOURCE: how to update xbox 360 model 1439 the sensor
Hello
An alternate method is to log onto x box live, find updates.Download them to a pc.
Use winzip or winrar to compress the file or update.
Then using a flash drive or a usb cable put the update onto the x box console via usb or flash drive.

SOURCE: Why doesn't my Xbox turn on?
Only solution i have for you is to check your connections on the Xbox, making sure that everything is right. If that checks out and you are NOT getting the red button of doom on your Xbox, then I would use a new connector or if you are using a HDMI connection use the original connector, the one with the three wire coming out the back that connects to the TV. Sometimes dumbing things down will fix it. Also check your TV and make sure that you have the right input channel on for the Xbox. IE input 2 when it should have been input 1. Not saying anything but sometimes this is the simplest solution and the right solution. Hope this helps.

Testimonial: "The red button isn't showing up but I have already tried the A/V cord since I have an HDMI cord. My Xbox is screwed isn't it?"
