Try unplugging it and wait 30 seconds plug it back in and it should reset the computer

Sometimes I have to push the cancel button on my Kitchenaid and start over and push the selection buttons again. and then push start. Don't know if this will help.

SOURCE: Whirlpool dishwasher model Gu2548XTPS7, clean light flashes 7 times and won't start.

the flashing light is an error code,you either have a bad heater or the board is bad,once you reset it after like 6 or 7 wash loads it will start over again,if you remove the bottom kick panel,you'll find the tech sheet there,look up light flashes 7 times and it will tell you how to check the heater from the board to see if the heater or board is bad

I have a whirlpool adp6600 dishwasher. the green light just keeps flashing (i think it's 7 times in a row each sequence) and the cycle won't start. have tried turning it off at the wall, clean

Dishwasher is in fault mode hold start/pause button for a few seconds this will reset the unit run your cycle again if dishwasher faults again call you local service man.good luck

Brand New Whirlpool Dishwasher won't start, can't change program eiether

Make sure the dishwasher door is firmly closed, press and hold the start pause button for about 5 seconds, this will clear the cycle, The try selecting a wash cycle and push start.

When the clean light is blinking, the self-test on the dishwasher has reported a problem with the heating circuit. It needs to be fixed. If the dishwasher is still under warranty, call for service.

If you have a reset or cancel button try that. Look in your manual for a reset
procedure or troubleshooting section. It is just stuck in a cycle and needs to be reset
or cancelled.

press sani and heat back and fourth then after all lights light close door and hit start then wait about 3 minutes. worked for me
