It depends on why you want to reset it? The places that refill toner cartridges can do it. If you have a Xerox contract for consumables, and you are using a non Xerox supplied cartridge, it may not be so easy as it may be looking for your contract number.

They have a chip in them and can't be fooled so to speak by topping them up.
You can get toner and chips off ebay if you do a search for your model...
