After power outage GE model GNE25JSKFFSS does not work and lights do not come on.

More likely u have bad main control board locations on back of the unit check for voltage to dispenser board or just unplugged your fridge and remove cover on back for main control check for visual damage

check your plug fuse.

has failed

have a fridge technician as the power surge from the outage may have damaged the power board.

If unplugging it for 10 minutes does not reset the control board it is probably shorted out and will need to be replaced

pilot over lights do not require power to stay light or should it go out in a power outage! do you have to normally light pilot with a match? if not you have a glow coil and its a electronic ignition range and power will affect it. once power is restored you should just be able to turn on over and everything would be ok.if it is a pilot light you need to remove the bottom door stick arm in to back and you'll see the pilot assembly at back if you look up! hopethis helps...

It sounds like the main control board is bad . After looking up the board , it is on a recall lisr by GE . You should call GE and have them come and check it .
