Concerning my model C84612 weather station. I want to change some of the batteries while on the roof. Can I change them in one unit without having to recalibrate everything as in the manual?

Hi,

This problem could arise due to various reasons
1)Replace the batteries in remote sensors
When the batteries are properly installed, the remote weather sensor will resume sending signals to the main unit.To enforce an immediate remote signals search, press and hold
DOWN on the main unit.

2)Remote thermo-hygrometer sensor could be weak in sending the signal about weather Forecast.Test it properly.

3)Reset the unit and check

First thing to do is remove all batteries. After you do that, insert the new batteries into your receiver unit. After a few seconds, insert the batteries into first sensor (-> ch 1) After first sensor has connected (beep from receiver) insert the batteries into second sensor.
