I am completely locked out of my Suitcase. It has a TSA007 lock on it. I don’t have a clue what the passcode is. It’s a new suitcase but I tried 000 and no luck. I don’t even know how it managed to get locked - maybe someone at the airport did it as I purposely don’t lock it for this exact reason. Can’t see down the sides for the “silver wheel” that’s talking about on YouTube videos. Tried to break it open and snapped a knife and a pen! Please, any help welcome. It has everything in it and desperately need in!

I tried working through the series of possible numbers and at the same time gently pressing the lower part of the lock to see if it would open. After a while I used a claw hammer which I gently inserted the claw beneath the lower portion of the lock and again gently prised it and at first go the lock opened and no damage done that I can see. I have not reset the lock yet.

The first thing you will do is to put your first combination #.After you put it then you will back to the original combination which is 000.

Take it back to the airport and ask to speak to TSA and tell them that it was opened with the master key. Have them return the lock to its original position by turning the key.
