"Er Clean S" is a common error with Frigidaire which means shorted keypad. The issue is with the touchpad/keypad that should be replaced. However, before replacing the keypad you can unplug it and take it apart completely and use a hair dryer to blow some warm air on the keypad assembly to blow the moisture off. have you tried to turn off the breaker at the panel box? you may need to just reset the unit.hope this helps.

no sensor, strictly a timer based indicator, what ever its preset to from the factory, is when it will "flash" or "indicate" replace, it really doenst mointor it any further, the water dispensor filter works on same premis

should indicate that a power failure has occurred try pushing start cancel then reset options and re start

This is likely an indication of a problem with the circulation pump motor under the dishwasher like maybe a bad circulation pump motor but the only way to know for sure is to do some electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter and the wiring diagram located within the appliance.
