I notice my watch one day was out of time. It was 2 hours late. I don't know what happen. I waited for more than a week expecting to return to correct time but it didn't. What will I do? Please help me.

It could be that the watch is set to the wrong time zone.

If you haven't got any instructions on how to set it, go to the casio website and click on the "support" tab, and then on "manuals" to find the instructions for your watch.

I have a manual timing watch wont keep time or wind up right what am i doing wrong

1. You need to first set the time correctly, then wind it and see if it keeps time or not.

2. Most winding wrist watches needs winding every morning in order to keep it working perfectly, maybe you do not wind it everday that is why it does not keep time.

3.If the result is still the same then you might need to replace the winner.

My Seiko never seems to charge enough to pass the first "indicator" scale. After a few minutes of charging it by swinging it back and forth, then wearing it all day and night; the next morning I get the "2...

There seem to be three possibilities
(1) the battery is not taking charge

(2) the generator is not charging the battery

(3) you need to swing it for much longer (one maker said swing their watch several hundred times!.

I suggest your try the easiest first i.e. No. 3.

If this does not improve things, go to your nearest dealer and discuss your problem with him.

If you need a service center, you can find out where one is by going to their web site ( and click on "support".

New battery part of watch shows correct time.clockfave shows different time.also the 2 buttons on the side when pressed in do not come out again

First, take the back off the watch and make sure that the movement is inserted correctly. When buttons dont come back out it is usually the movement in the case wrong or the back is put back on wrong. If it is a pop off back then you want to be sure the dimples in the back are over the stem and crown and buttons so they move freely. Also, be sure that any springs that were in place are still in place.

Now i dont know what brand or model of watch this is but most digital analogs have a stem and crown to set the analog. Pull out the stem to the first position and set the time.

For specific instructions please leave the brand and model.

Sunrise/Sunset Time and Moon Phase wrong on watch!

Just in case you're still interested in a solution. Your watch uses a geographical location and the current date to estimate the sunrise and sunset times. While the date (and time) information is, most likely, set on your watch correctly, you, probably didn't specify the geographical location (latitude and longitude, as well as the GMT correction for your time zone). Having setup correctly these parameters you'll enjoy the precise sunrise and sunset time. Good luck!

The user guide is wrong

I have a Theorema Parago Automatic through not wearing it regularly it sometimes stops. Winding it wouldn't solve the problem and I couldn't find a solution either on the Theorema site or online so through a series of self help efforts the following is the solution for this watch 1 Set the watch to the correct time date day etc. 2 Wind the watch using the side winder for about 40 revolutions in clockwise rotation 3 Hold the watch in your right and strike it firmly into the stiff palm of your left hand. This gives the winding mechanism a shark shock and kicks it back into life. The watch then works away without a problem.
