Question about Vulcan Heating & Cooling
SOURCE: is my fridge energy star rated?
ALL ENERGY STAR APPLIANCES HAVE A "ENERGY-STAR LABEL" USUALLY LOCATED ON OR NEAR THE MODEL AND SER. NUMBER TAG OR LABEL. CHECK ON THE BACK OR INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR WHERE THE COLD CONTROLS ARE LOCATED.

Perhaps the fan motor is bad. If not, you have an electrical problem.

SOURCE: Manual required

This is a link to a vulcan wall furnace manual. I'm not sure from your listing if this is the right one but it may help if programming is similar on these units. If not get back to me by posting more details for me here and I will find the right manual for you. Please do not vote on this until I find you the information you need so you can rate it fixya. Thanks,
George
If this is what you need let me know when you find out.

SOURCE: Vulcan Quasar 40 wall furnace - electronic display problem
Have a gasfitter bypass the clock. The clock is the source of the problem. You will then have a manually operated heater.
